About a year ago, I was reading through Men's Health magazine and saw a review for the Abs Diet plan. It was simple and straightforward in the sense that in each meal, you tried to include as many of the all natural listed foods as possible, eat several times a day, and get regular exercise.
All the foods listed were things that are typically good for you, but some I had never thought to buy or use in recipes the way they suggested.
The biggest obstacle was winning my wife over. She likes to eat when she wants to eat and what she wants to eat which was fine, but we were both becoming less and less healthy. So, we decided to give it a try and I am so glad we did. We lost noticeable weight within the first few weeks and continued losing weekly.
The best part was there was no time to get hungry and we even got a cheat meal each week to eat what we wanted.
Over a year later, I am still down 45 pounds and feel better than ever. The Abs Diet plan is something I would suggest to anyone looking to shed some weight in a healthy and reasonable fashion. It sure helped us.
