Shoulder Exercise
The cable lateral raise is a strength training shoulder exercise. It can
be performed by beginners and advanced. It works all the shoulder muscles
but mainly the middle part. It’s good to vary the angle to work all the fibers
of the shoulder muscles.

What you need: A cable machine.

Preparation :
- Stand with feet about shoulder width apart.
- Grasp the handle of the cable in one hand.
- Place your arm next to your body.
Movement :
- Draw belly button in.
- Lift your arm up and out to your side horizontally.
- Keep your back straight.
- Slowly return back to start and repeat.
