What you need: A set of dumbbells and a chair or bench.

Preparation :
- Sit at a bench or chair.
- Feet on the ground, wide apart and in a comfortable position.
- Hold a dumbbell in one hand and place your elbow against the inner thigh.
Movement :
- Draw belly button in.
- Bend your arm at the elbow and curl the weight up.
- Lower slowly and with control.
- Repeat.
