This is where I'll be posting my daily workout plan each day or whenever I can and with video, images and instructions whenever I can. This section will give you ideas and inspiration to workout each day without worrying about planning.
The workouts are designed to give maximum results in a short amount of time with very minimum equipment. Every workout will burn fat and build muscle. They all combine cardio and strength in one workout.
So you don't need treadmills or any fancy machines or gyms. The movements are all pretty functional and apply to our daily movements. So the benefit isn't just a fit body but a functional one as well.
I've seen some great results myself working out this way. I hope that you will too.
