The dumbbell front raise is a strength training shoulder exercise and can
be performed by beginners and advanced.
It works mainly the anterior deltoid (front of the shoulder) and the upper
part of the chest.
Muscles Worked
Primary Muscles: Shoulders and Upper Chest
What you need: A set of dumbbells.

Preparation :
- Stand with feet about shoulder width apart.
- Hold a dumbbell in each hand.
- Place arms against the front of the thighs or slightly to the side.
Movement :
- Draw belly button in.
- Lift your arms up directly in front of you to about eye level
- Keep your back straight.
- Slowly return back to start and repeat.
