    A good set of dumbbells is a great investment. If you’re a beginner start with 3, 5, and 7 pounds.

    If you decide on adjustable dumbbells, make sure they are easy to adjust. You don’t want to spend your workout time on adjusting dumbbells. Bowflex makes a great set that’s easy and quick to adjust.

    • 4’6″ – 5’0″ : 45 cm ball

    • 5’8″ – 6’2″ : 65 cm ball
    • Over 6’2″: 75 cm ball
