I have been an avid weight lifter for nearly 15 years. Stretching was never really a thought in my mind until I began having tightness and knots all over my body. The pain traveled from my shoulders to my calves.
I started stretching more often and the tightness persisted. I felt like the tin man that needed to be oiled up. My body was stiff and sore all the time. I came across your website and decided to try the foam roller exercises listed. I must admit I was skeptical but decided to invest in a foam roller anyway.
I was willing to try anything at that point. I was astounded! After doing the first session I felt the difference. I could feel these knots smoothing out. It felt like a dam was removed and my blood was flowing freely through these tight areas again. I feel loose and more agile. I know its great for your body.
Not a day goes by that I don't use the roller. I honestly thought I would never be completely pain free. I was wrong thanks to Strong Shape. Keep up the good work!
