Push Ups

The Push ups is a strength training exercise that can be performed in beginner
to advanced workouts.

Use higher reps 10 – 20 to work all the muscles of the
chest.

Remember to keep your belly button drawn in throughout the exercise.

Muscles Worked

Primary Muscles: All the Chest Muscles.

Secondary Muscles: Front of Shoulders, triceps, Anconeus.

What you need: Just your body weight.

Preparation :

  • Support yourself face down on the ground with hands shoulder width
    apart.
  • To make it easier support yourself on your knees and perform the exercise
    that way.
  • Bend your elbows until your rib cage close but not touching the ground.
  • Keep your hips and shoulders inline and don’t arch your back.

Movement :

  • Draw your belly button in.
  • Push yourself up extending your arms.
  • Slowly return to the start position and repeat.
