Weight Watchers and Leslie Sansone

About 4 years ago, I weighed the most I’ve ever weighed in my life. We were planning a trip to England to see friends and family, and I was so embarrassed of how I looked.

I had never been to a Weight Watcher’s meeting but I figured it couldn’t hurt to go. I was so glad that I did. I really enjoyed the meeting and I felt like I could stick with the program.

I chose the Flex-Points plan. After about a week, I had a slight breakdown. Counting points seemed to consume my whole day. So after a good cry to my husband, I was ok again.

I don’t think I ever felt hungry or deprived. Soon after I started the program, I pretty much had it down of what I could eat without thinking about points much. Keeping a diary was very important. Most days were exactly the same.

About a month after I began Weight Watchers, I discovered the Leslie Sansone “Walk Away the Pounds” videos. I bought the 1 Mile, 2 Mile, 3 Mile and I also bought her kick-boxing DVDs. I did these every day, religiously, and it felt good! The day before we set off for England, I weighed in and I had lost 40 pounds. I really felt good about myself.

Even though I had only lost half of what I wanted, I felt good about myself. I was even excited to take pictures with my family for the first time in ages!! Weight Watchers and Leslie Sansone were my saving grace. I’d recommend it to anyone who’s looking to get the weight off and feel better about themselves.
